- * 3/4 cup 1% milk
- * 1/2 cup reduced fat ricotta cheese
- * 3 c frozen broccoli floret, thawed and chopped
- * 3 green onion, chopped
- * 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- * 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- * 1 teaspoon sea salt
- * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- * 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- * 1 cup panko bread crumb
