- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese or cheese of choice
