Ingredients
- 2 burrito sized tortillas
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 15oz can of butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (something low-ish in sugar would be nice)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6-8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 vidalia onion, sliced into half moons
- lettuce, tomato, avocado for serving
