- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- salt, to taste
- 4 cups white rice, uncooked
- 2 pounds boiled shrimp, peeled
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, torn into small pieces
- 1 pound andouille sausage, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
