Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large carrots peeled and diced into ¼ inch rounds
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
