pistachio chip green tea ice cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons green tea leaves
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, finely chopped (or buzzed through a mini food processor)
