Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped 1/2" pieces green beans
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 tbsp flour
- 4-5 baby new potatoes sliced into 1/8" slices
