Ingredients
- 3 cups of leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (turkey, lamb or chicken can also be used)
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup broth (I used beef)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup petite peas,
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves, chopped
