- 1 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
- Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/3 Cup Beef Broth
- 1/3 Cup of Red Wine
- 3 Cups of Mashed Potatoes
