Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 medium sausages (I used Chicken andouille sausage), sliced
- 2 T butter or olive oil
- 2 cups of rice (makes 6 cup cooked)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 lg celery stalks
- 2 lg garlic cloves
- 1 12-14 oz can diced tomatoes (I use the one flavored with green pepper, celery and onion)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Cayenne
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- Approx. 15 oz of chicken broth (half of the 32 oz box)
- 2 T flour
- salt
- pepper
