Ingredients
- * 2 large red potato
- * 3 small purple potato, very finely sliced
- * 2 tb butter or ghee
- * 1/3 c cream or coconut milk
- * splash of preferred oil (for frying onion and garlic)
- * 1 clove garlic, minced
- * 1 shallot or white onion, finely chopped
- * 1 lb ground lamb (you could substitute ground beef)
- * 8 sage leaf, finely chopped
- * 2 corn cob, use a sharp knife to shave off the kernel
- * 1/2 delicata squash, seed removed and cubed
- * 4 small tomato, sliced
- * 1/3 c finely shredded aged cheddar
- * 1 tsp sea salt
