Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk, add a little at a time until creamy
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 12 oz jar beef gravy
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
