Pecan Maple Sticky Rolls

- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter—1 stick cubed and chilled, 4 tablespoons melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
