- 4 cups (1 lb./500 g) pistachio nuts, finely chopped
- 1 lb. (500 g) filo dough, thawed in the refrigerator if frozen
- 3/4 cup (6 oz./185 g) clarified unsalted butter, melted and cooled (see note below)
