- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 fresno pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 large red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups thinly sliced/shredded green cabbage
- chopped green onions (cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (or use tamari/coconut aminos)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or chili garlic sauce)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
