Ingredients
- About 20 small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked al dente
- 1/2 an onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, lightly packed
- About 10 cherry tomatoes, I cut mine in half
- About 15 kalamata olives, pitted
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Feta cheese for topping
