- 500 gm Yam Cooked
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- 2-3 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to Taste
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- Kokum 6 to 7 or 4 medium Tomatoes
- 1/2 a Fresh Coconut - Grated
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 2 or 3 Dry red chillies
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 cup Water
