Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups Penne Rigate (I prefer Darum wheat pasta compared to Maida/Refined flour)
- 1 cup Broccoli cut into thin florets
- 6 big and ripe red tomatoes
- 1 big onion cut in julienne
- 6-7 pods garlic thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt (as per taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp oregano crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp diced cheese (I use Amul Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese blend)
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
