- 700 gms Yam (Suran)

- 10-12 Mint leaves
- 1 tsp Salt (for rice)
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 cup Barista (fried onions)
- 1 tbsp Biryani masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
- 1.5 cups Curd
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 10-12 Saffron strands
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
- Wheat flour dough (for sealing)
