- 6 large eggs, separated
- 250 g (9oz) golden caster sugar
- 150 g (5oz) each of self-raising flour and ground almonds
- Grated zest of 2 oranges
- 100 g (31⁄2oz) golden granulated sugar
- 225 mL (8fl oz) sweet white wine
- Juice of 3 large oranges
- 225 g (8oz) white chocolate, chopped
- 568 mL carton double cream
- 350 g (12oz) strawberries, thinly sliced
