- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 3 drop Food coloring
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp. shortening
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
