- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup sweet and sour plum duck sauce
- 1 quart water
- 1 pint chicken stock
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- To taste red wine vinegar or hot vinegar sauce optional
