- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into thirds
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2/3 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha, or more to taste
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
