- 1 to 2 tablespoon low sodium soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar)
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups spinach
- 750 grams udon noodles (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Garnish (green onions, cilantro, sliced red onions)
