- 1 pound Asparagus, trimmed and chopped into 1" pieces
- 3 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped Celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Pasta Water
- 2 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 small can sliced Black Olives
- 1 small can sliced green olives (or sub capers)
- 2 cups fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
- 4 tablespoons fresh chopped Basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cracked Pepper
