- 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds(chopped)
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup peanuts(toasted)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes(toasted)
- 2/3 cups raisins
- 1/4 cup dates(deseeded and chopped)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (I used apple and pear)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
