- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 2 cups fat free, less sodium chicken broth or 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can fat free, less sodium chicken broth plus 1/4 cup water
