- 225g unsalted butter
- ½ cup (100g) sugar

- ½ cup granulated sugar (up it to ¾ cup if you want it sweeter)
- ⅓ cup blood orange pulp or concentrate
- ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ⅔ cup unsalted butter, cubed, room temperature
