Almond Brittle Garnished with Sea Salt
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh unsalted nuts (almonds or peanuts), lightly toasted if time permits
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or substitute with 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
