- 3 stalks of celery diced
- 2 cups potatoes diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 15 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese for serving if desired
