Sweet Potato and Marshmallow Parfaits
Ingredients
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- One 15-ounce can sweet potato puree
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Kosher salt
- Two 7.5-ounce jars marshmallow creme
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out (see Cook's Note)
- Chopped candied ginger, for topping (optional)
