Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafers (crushed)
- 1/8 cup white sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 cups Almond Milk (I like the unsweetened vanilla kind but you can use any nut or regular milk if you prefer)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cut into 1/2" cubes)
- 1 vanilla bean (seeds removed)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
