- 4 x 150g (5oz) cod fillets, skin on
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 130 g bag padron peppers, or use 2 chopped green peppers
- 100 g (3 ½oz) chopped chorizo (check gluten-free if necessary)
- juice 1 lemon
- handful chopped parsley
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 1/2-1 chopped red chilli
- 3 x 400g tin haricot beans, drained
- 125 mL (4 fl oz) white wine
- 125 mL (4 fl oz) fish stock
