BBQ Bison Cocktail Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Bison Burger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups uncooked oats
- to taste salt, pepper, oregano, garlic,
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- generous dash mustard
- generous dash of worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
