- 3/4 lb Potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots thawed
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Paste
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Refrigerated Pie Crusts
