Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork belly, without skin (try to get a nice, thick and even cut)
- 4 cups Guinness dark stout
- 1 1/2 cups wildflower honey
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon orange zest, finely shredded
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 orange (to serve, completely optional)
