- 1/3 cup plus, 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 cardamom pods or 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup plus, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
