- 1 Tomato roughly chopped
- 1 Orange
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 Orange Juice from orange
- 1/2 Lemon Juice from lemon
- Pinch Hing a generous
- Some Chopped Coriander Leaves For garnishing
- For grinding:
- 1 tablespoon Thoor dal
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Peppercorns
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- For Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- Few Curry Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper-Cumin Powder
