- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp srirachi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (*soy sauce can be substituted)
- 1 lime juiced (*about 2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 inch piece of ginger (*peeled and grated)
- 3 lg cloves garlic (*minced or crushed)
- 1 bunch cilantro (*chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
