- 1/2 cup of dry white wine (Pinot Grigio used)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup milk (2% used)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup flat leaf Italian parsley chopped
