Ingredients
- 275g long-grain rice
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp garlic-infused oil
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1cm cubes
- 2 carrots, cut into 1cm cubes
- 6 cooked gluten-free pork sausages, sliced on the diagonal
- 3 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 100g frozen peas
- 1 bunch of spring onions, greens finely chopped (use the white parts in another recipe)
