- 4 Long Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Coriander-Mint Chutney
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
- to taste Salt
- as needed Oil for Shallow Frying

- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup Mint Leaves
- 6 Green Chillies
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Sambar Onions
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
