- 2 cup hot water
- 6-7 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped garlic
- 3-4 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp finely chopped green coriander leaves
- as per taste Salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp bleck pepper powder
