- ½ Cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1.5 teaspoons Salt (Himalayan pink salt, ground)
- ½ teaspoon Pepper (black pepper, freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon Cayenne (use less or omit for a milder version)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Coriander
- ⅛ teaspoon Chili Powder (use less or omit for milder version)
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
