- 1 tsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Brown Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Cloves
- 12-15 Whole Black Pepper
- 1 Inch Ginger (Cut into Juliennes)-Thinly Sliced
- 3-4 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
- 12-15 Cashewnuts (Whole)
- 1 cup Water
- as required Salt to Taste
- 1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1/2 lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)-For Garnish
- 1/2-1 tsp Ghee after cooking
