- 2 cups Fish Stock or water
- 1 cup bottled clam juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Bahama Mama spice mix ((see below))
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound flaky white fish, such as cod or mahi mahi, (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flatleaf parsley, (leaves only, for garnish)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
