Ingredients
- 3 mangos, peeled and sliced or cut into chunks, divided
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar or 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 cups Greek-style vanilla yogurt (or try other flavors like coconut, orange, banana, or raspberry)
- Optional: some of your favorite granola cereal, for garnish
- Optional: additional honey or maple syrup for drizzling on top (about 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon per parfait)
