- * 3 cup tomato chopped
- * 1/2 english cucumber about 1 cup, chopped
- * 1/4 cup green onion about 7 green onion, chopped
- * 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- * 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- * salt and pepper to taste
