  • ½ pound baby red potatoes (unpeeled and chopped into ½-inch pieces)

  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt (to taste and only if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Sour cream (for serving)
