- 1 teaspoon (4 1/2 grams) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon (42 grams) hot honey, divided
- A few sprigs of thyme
- Flaky sea salt to finish
- Sliced sourdough, baguette, crostini, and/or crackers to serve
